Based on the consideration of humanitarianism and family reunion, Taiwan’s Central Epidemic Command Center announced that from now on, people who do not have nationality of Taiwan (including foreigners, persons from China, Hong Kong and Macao, excluding migrant workers and students) and possess valid residence certificates in Taiwan, their foreign spouses and minor children can apply for visa to Taiwan at the Embassies and Offices abroad.
In addition, to follow up the diversion measures of the return home/entry tide of the Lunar New Year, the applicant must first complete the anti-epidemic accommodation reservation, and enter Taiwan before December 14, 2021 or postpone to after February 1, 2022, and comply with Taiwan's latest border quarantine regulations.
