Important Notice
- For documents issued in Ireland, applicants are generally required to submit the original documents for authentication. Our office will affix the authentication certificate directly to the original document upon verification.
- If the document to be authenticated cannot be reissued (such as Irish academic diplomas or graduation certificates) and you wish to avoid permanent marks from binding, please first have the original document certified as a true copy by a licensed notary public or solicitor in Ireland. The certified copy should then be submitted to the Irish DFA, followed by our office for authentication.
- All authenticated documents will bear the official stamp or seal of the verifying authorities, including page-binding where applicable, to ensure the credibility and integrity of the document. Authenticated documents must not be separated or altered in any way. If there are any modifications, additions, or deletions to the content, our office will reject the application in accordance with relevant regulations.
