TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program is now open for registration and MUST complete online application before March 15, 2025.
The scholarship is only for English taught Master and Ph D. programe. Each applicant can only apply one programe.

2025 年ICDF獎學金開始受理線上報名，所有學程( 僅有碩士及博士學程）將以英語授課。申請人應於2025年3月15日前自行於ICDF網站 (https://www.icdf.org.tw/wSite/np?ctNode=31561&mp=2) 報名，未於ICDF 報名系統完成申請者，將不具申請資格。申請人僅能申請一項學程。

- 1. You should prepare the following documents for online registration:
Mongolian passport copy, photocopy of the highest degree and transcript (should be in English version, or with English translation), English proficiency certificate (TOFEL/ IELTS/ TOEIC- at least B2 level,), Referees’ letter (in English or Chinese)
The Referee’s information should be including the current title, contact information and with signature.
申請人應事先準備以下文件上傳報名系統，並將正本及影本於3月16日中午以前繳交至本處領務櫃檯：蒙古國護照、最高學歷及成績單(英文版)、2年內有效之英語能力測驗成績(TOFEL、IELTS或TOEIC)至少B2以上、英文或中文推薦信。
- 2. The applicants should submit hardcopies of the ICDF application form (download from the ICDF registration system), with all the documents (original and photocopies) mentioned above of item 1, to our visa counter before 12:00, 16 March 2025. The visa counter is only open during working days, from 9:00-12:00. No post service.
申請人應列印ICDF報名表及上述第一項所有文件，並於2025年3月16日中午12:00以前繳交至本處領務櫃檯，郵寄方式不予受理
- 3. Scope of Scholarship: economic airfare (round-trip), housing, tuition, credit fees, insurance, textbook costs and monthly allowance (Master’s Program NT$18,000/ per month, Ph.D. Program NT$20,000/ per month). The duration of the scholarship: master programme :23 months, Ph.D: 47 months.
ICDF獎學金內容包括提供註冊費、書籍費、住宿費、生活費(碩士班每月NT$18,000，博士班每月NT$20,000 )及來回經濟艙機票1張。受獎期間碩士最多23個月，博士最多47個月
- 4. The applicant is Mongolian nationality and neither be a national of the Republic of China (Taiwan) nor an overseas compatriot student.
申請人具蒙古國國籍，且不得具有台灣僑生身分
- 5. Upon accepting a TaiwanICDF scholarship, not hold any other ROC (Taiwan) government-sponsored scholarship (such as the Taiwan Scholarship) in the same academic year.
受獎期間不得同時受領我國其他政府機關或學校之獎學金
- 6. Applicants who have already held a TaiwanICDF scholarship or MOFA’s Taiwan Scholarship or an MOE scholarship must have graduated before July 31, 2024.
申請2025年度獎學金者須於2024年8月1日後未領有ICDF獎學金或台灣獎學金
- 7. This office will arrange an interview for qualified applicants. Please make sure that your contact information on the application form is correct.
本處將進行初審，初審通過者將另外通知安排面試。申請人應確認在ICDF報名系統所留之電郵及連絡電話正確，以利本處聯繫溝通
- 8. The applicant should apply to the university at the same time. Without applying to a university of this program would fail to meet the requirement.
申請人須自行與ICDF合作之學校申請入學，未同時申請入學者將失去獎學金候選資格
- 9. The applicant have never had any scholarship revoked by any ROC (Taiwan) government agency or related institution, nor been expelled from any Taiwanese university.
申請人不得有我政府獎學金遭撤除或遭我國大學退學紀錄
- 10. The recipient list will be announced in June 2025.
每年6月間將公布獎學金受獎名單。
