On July 27, the New Zealand Federation of Chinese Traders Association (
NZFCTA) held a seminar titled "Wealth Through Real Estate" at the Taiwanese Hwa Hsia Society of New Zealand headquarters. The seminar featured three board members who provided insights into the latest tax regulations, bank interest rates, and real estate market conditions in New Zealand. The content was rich and informative, and attendees gained valuable knowledge. The event was attended by 40 people, including Division Director for Overseas Community Affairs Council Chiu Ya-fen and Senior Adviser Chen Tzu-ying, along with community leaders, association representatives, and members.
