Wellington office
- The school is located in the Lower North Island (south of Taupo), South Island, the Cook Islands, and Niue.
Auckland office
- The school is located in Upper North Island (Taupo north) and French Polynesia (Tahiti).
Office hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-12:30 & 13:30- 17:00 (excluding public holidays)
The office is closed from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Please plan your visit accordingly. Cases are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are many applicants waiting, you are kindly advised to return after 1:30 p.m.

You do NOT need a visa if :
- You stay inside the international transit area.
- You do not go through immigration.
A Transit Visa May Be Required If :
- Your nationality requires a visa to enter Taiwan, and any of the following conditions apply :
- You need to collect and re-check your baggage.
- You change airports.
- Your itinerary requires you to enter Taiwan (pass through immigration).
Special Visa-Exempt Entry
- Many nationalities can enter Taiwan visa-free for short stays. Therefore, even if you must pass through immigration, a separate transit visa may not be required.
