2.Required documentations:
(1) Application Form (written in traditional Chinese characters)
(2) One Photograph
(3) Passport
(4) Valid Finnish Resident Permit
(5) Employment Record Documentation
(6) Case number produced from online application system
(7) The permit fee should be paid by the inviting unit to the online application system of Immigration Agency in Taiwan.
3.Application method and period
(1) When the applicant resides in a third area (including Hong Kong and Macau):
The application process is separately conducted, which the applicant shall include the entry application form, passport, Finnish resident permit, proof of employment, the case no. produced from online application system, and make the application to this office;
The inviting unit should prepare the entry application form, invitation or business activities proof documentation, guarantee statement, plan and schedule, name list of the group, the latest company establishment, and submit the application online.
