When submitting your application in person or by post, please include an A4-size return envelope with sufficient postage. The recipient’s address must be clearly written in English, including the postcode.
2. Arrange your own courier collection (Royal Mail or DHL):
When submitting your application in person or by post, please include an A4-size return envelope. After receiving the email notification from this office confirming that your application has been completed, please arrange for Royal Mail or DHL to collect the documents from this office.
3. In-person collection:

• Royal Mail’s international registered mail service currently does not accept regular postage stamps; online-purchased barcode labels are required. Applicants may purchase mailing labels via the Royal Mail website or arrange for DHL to collect the documents from this office.
• From the date of posting, delivery generally takes approximately 3–4 weeks. Please consult the official websites of Royal Mail or DHL for detailed postage information.
• Once documents have been handed over by this office to Royal Mail or DHL, responsibility lies with the courier. In the event of delivery delays or loss, this office cannot be held responsible. Thank you for your understanding.
